We are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in the development of ground-mounted photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects, from the design phase through to obtaining the necessary permits to launch construction of the projects and/or in land use planning (real estate, energy). CDI - EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER GROUND-MOUNTED PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVELOPMENT (M/F) BASED IN MONTPELLIER (34)

Based in Montpellier, you will work as part of the Sunti development team and report directly to the Development Manager.

Main tasks:

• Identifying, qualifying and prospecting new projects in line with the development strategy in order to add to the project portfolio,
• Drawing up technical and economic offers in line with the characteristics of the sites and the expectations of the owners,
• Meeting landowners, conducting land negotiations, overseeing the drafting and signing of land deeds,
• Carry out long-term consultation with all local stakeholders (local authorities, residents, public institutions, etc.) and government departments,
• Managing the design and development of a portfolio of projects (identifying assets and challenges, designing projects tailored to local expectations, supervising the completion and reporting of feasibility studies carried out by service providers, drawing up and monitoring a detailed project plan including deadlines, milestones and deliverables, etc.),
• Preparing building permit applications,
• Ensuring the efficient management of all administrative procedures within the set deadlines,
• Ensure the design of coherent agrivoltaic solar projects for the region,
• Representing the Company in dealings with external contacts (customers, elected representatives, local residents, operators, owners, trade fairs, unions, etc.)

At Sunti, project managers can retain control of their projects from the identification of sites to the start of construction of the photovoltaic farms!

Profile required:

• 5 years' higher education, from a business, engineering or regional planning school, preferably specialising in renewable energies, the environment, agronomy or project management, with at least 3 years' experience in project management, ideally in the renewable energies and/or property sectors,
• Good interpersonal skills and oral and written expression,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Driving licence required,
• Proficiency in the Office pack (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), knowledge of cartography (Qgis),
• Understanding of the issues involved in photovoltaic projects and sensitivity to the problems of energy transition,
• Knowledge of the agricultural world appreciated.
